Welcome to the Levittown Chamber of Commerce
website. Known as the birthplace of suburbia, Levittown is a large
community, established in 1947 and
occupying 6.9 square miles in the Township of Hempstead in Nassau
County, Long Island. More than 50,000 people reside in 17,500 homes. The
history of the Levittown Chamber of
Commerce dates back to 1959. Currently,
there are 150 members in
the Chamber representing small mom and pop stores, corporations, banking
institutions, real estate, retail, wholesale and service businesses,
organizations, public and specialized schools, and a variety of other
businesses. New members are
always welcomed.
The Levittown Chamber of Commerce is a
member of the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce and the Levittown
Community Council, Inc.
